SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard processing and shipping time for all orders is 2-3 business days.

Any orders placed after 12pm may begin to be processed and shipped from the following business day.

All processing and shipping estimates may increase during any product launches, bank holidays, peak holiday seasons such as Christmas, and extenuating circumstances out of our control which have not been listed.

 

AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS

Once an order has been placed, the shipping address and shipping method cannot be changed. We advise you to carefully review your basket before placing any orders.

Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order.

Once an order has left our warehouse, the customer is responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment if a tracked service has been selected.

 

MULTIPLE ORDERS & PO BOXES

We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.

We do not ship to PO boxes. Any orders containing a PO box will be cancelled and refunded to the payment method provided minus any transaction fees incurred. A cancellation email will be automatically sent to the provided email address once this has been completed.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS & COSTS

International shipping rates will vary based on those provided by our shipping couriers.

During checkout, we calculate all shipping costs based on the package size, weight and delivery address.

 

FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGE(S)

If your package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to incorrect information being provided, the package will be returned to the sender (Savant UK) and will be refunded minus any delivery charges, duty or tax incurred.

If the receiver is absent upon any, or if all delivery attempts are made, the parcel will be held at the courier collection point. This collection point will be notified by the courier.

If the receiver fails to collect their parcel from the courier collection point for whatever reason, the parcel will be shipped back to the sender (Savant UK) and will be refunded minus any delivery charges, duty or tax incurred.

If the receiver refuses receipt of their parcel, it will be returned to the sender (Savant UK) and will be refunded minus any delivery charges, duty or tax incurred.

Packages will be held at customs for up to 30 days, after which they will be deemed abandoned. Customers who abandon a package during customs will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.

 

DAMAGED AND/OR OPENED PACKAGE(S)

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take immediate photographs of the package before removing any contents inside. Please submit a claim through the courier used to ship your order. Please contact us about any issues encountered.
