CAN I RETURN DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS?

Items can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed and have all original product tags (if applicable) within 30 days of purchase.

We stand behind our brand. That is why you can return defective products with valid proof of purchase within one year of the online purchase date.

If you have a potentially defective item, and it is within 30 days of purchase, the items are eligible for the standard return option. After 30 days, you will need to contact us to start the returns process.

In addition, some Savant products may have specific guarantees and/or warranties. Please check the warranty card or our Savant website for further details and return information.
